As the published author of the new “Sweetie’s Healthy Start”, the experiences being offered by the Cleveland Cavaliers is commendable. It is so refreshing to see athlete’s sharing their love of fitness and stressing the need for good nutrition to play at the highest level of competition. The main character of my book, Sweetie, also learns a few lessons for making better food choices and how fitness can be fun.
“FIT AS A PRO” sounds like a great program with a life essential message in this age of ongoing obesity in our society.
