Dunking On LeBron Seems To Be An On Going Joke!

CLEVELAND- A dunk heard around the world but never seen when Jordan Crawford, a college player at Xavier University, was playing when he blew by his defender and then hurled himself at the basket. He unleashed a monstrous two-handed slam dunk, over the top of the hapless defender — who just so happened to be LeBron James at his LeBron James Skills Academy. For some reason video tapes of the game were confiscated by representatives from Nike.
Then when it seemed like everything was going to calm down, a story came from Hornet point guard Chris Paul. While waiting to take the court in Miami at the American Airlines Arena for Alonzo Mourning’s “Zo Summer Groove All-Star basketball game,” claimed that he too has a story about a tape that was taken of him dunking on James.
“I dunked on him two or three weeks ago and he did the same thing to me,” Paul told the Palm Beach Post. “He took that footage too. It’s ludicrous, man.”
James has been quit on this subject, which is being called “Dunk Gate” by Cleveland Cavaliers Examiner’s Matt Loede. Just when everything starts calming down again, Los Angeles Laker Kobe Bryant had to make a wise crack about him not getting dunked on in his camp. And now Washington Wizards head coach Filp Saunders decides to throw fuel on the fire.
In an interview with The Washington Examiner, had some fun with this comment before the Wizards defeated the Cavaliers in summer league action Tuesday in Las Vegas. Saunders told The Examiner: “Is LeBron playing? We might have someone who can dunk on him, I don’t know”
After all is said and done in “Dunk Gate” I have a feeling James will be getting the last laugh when he meets up with all of those involved in the regular season.
